1. General Application

These policies apply to all services offered by Pilgrimo Digital, including but not limited to:

• Social media management

• Post scheduling

• Content calendar creation

• Social Media and Search Engine Advertising

• Cross-platform distribution

• Post creation (images and videos)

• Graphic design

• Material layout

• Video and audio editing

• Copywriting

• Brand visual identity creation

• Material translation

• Blog and website management

• Podcast and video channel management

• Online store management

• Chat management

• Online course management

• Technical support for online meetings

• eBook creation, online courses, and educational materials

• Pilgrimo Digital’s proprietary educational services (Training and educational materials; Individual and group mentoring; Workshops and training sessions)
   

2. Duration and Scope

2.1. Delivery Deadlines

Each service has a specific delivery deadline agreed upon with the client at the project's outset.

2.2. Scope Limitation

For layout or writing services, the quote covers a maximum number of pages or words specified in the contract. Any excess will require renegotiation.

3. Payments

• All payments must be made before the project's start or as per agreed terms.

• For recurring services, payments will be monthly, with a due date stipulated in the contract.

• Advance payments will entitle the client to a proportional refund in case of cancellation before service completion.
   

4. Revisions

• All projects include up to 2 free rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged as per prior agreement.

• Revisions do not include changes to the previously approved scope.
   

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations can be made at any time; however, payments already made are non-refundable for services that have started.

• For cancellations before service commencement, no additional fees will be charged.
   

6. Confidentiality

• All information shared during service execution will be treated with strict confidentiality.

• Pilgrimo Digital reserves the right to include produced materials in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
   

7. Copyright

• Copyright for produced materials will be transferred to the client upon project completion and full payment. Pilgrimo Digital retains the right to include these materials in its portfolio and service promotion platforms unless otherwise agreed.
   

8. Service Specifics

8.1. Graphic Design for Posts and Visual Identity

• The standard visual identity package includes brand concept, color palette, typography selection, logo creation, and application materials. Changes may incur additional charges.

• Payment is divided into two stages: 50% at project start and 50% upon final delivery, or fully upfront through our virtual platform. Delivery time is at least 15 days from the complete briefing's receipt.

• Visual identity services include up to 2 free revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes will impact delivery time and costs, requiring renegotiation.
   

8.2. Social Media Management

• Posts will start within 2 business days after content calendar approval, which will be delivered within 5 business days of receiving the complete briefing and necessary materials.

• Stories are included in the contracted monthly post limit.

• Isolated services such as post scheduling, profile organization, or cross-platform distribution do not include graphic post designs or copywriting.
   

8.3. Advertising

• Ad investment is the client’s responsibility and is not included in the service plan.

• Ad management fees will be agreed upon beforehand, requiring access credentials to the advertising accounts.
   

8.4. Video and Audio Editing

• Standard editing time is 7 business days, with extensions for more complex projects ranging from 5 to 10 business days.

• Video editing includes color correction, audio adjustments, cuts, subtitles, and titles. Additional services like motion design will be charged separately.
   

8.5. Text Layout, Translation, and Copywriting

• Services are limited to the volume specified in the contract. Significant scope changes may affect costs and deadlines.

• Translations are offered in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Other languages depend on partner availability.
   

9. Educational Products and Mentorships

• Mentorship sessions are personalized and last 1 hour. They must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance and paid upfront.

• Group mentorship discounts apply progressively: +1 participant = 10% off, +2 participants = 20% off, up to 50%.
  
   

10. Service Eligibility

Pilgrimo Digital reserves the right to refuse services that contradict its values or applicable laws.
 

11. Final Provisions
